Request a return or exchange
Please contact us within 14 business days of receiving your order, including your order number.
At Normaillot, every piece is thoughtfully prepared with quality, craftsmanship, and care in mind. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Eligible ready-to-wear and other non-beachwear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Any mandatory statutory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights remain unaffected.
To request a return or exchange, please contact info@normaillot.com within 14 business days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item concerned. Exchanges are subject to product eligibility and stock availability. We kindly ask you to submit customer care requests to this address.
For discretionary returns and exchanges, items should be:
- unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition,
- with all applicable tags, protective elements, packaging, accessories, and dust bags (where supplied) intact.
- Please include proof of purchase.
Our team will inspect returned items and confirm the outcome. These conditions do not limit mandatory statutory rights.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email info@normaillot.com with your order number and request.
- Wait for our team to confirm the applicable procedure and provide shipping instructions.
- If a return shipment is required, send the item securely packaged, with proof of purchase, to the return address below.
- Keep your shipment receipt and tracking number until the matter is resolved.
Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions. This request does not prevent you from exercising any statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable legal period.
Returns policy
Swimwear & Beachwear
For hygiene and product-care reasons, we do not offer discretionary returns on swimsuits, bikinis, or pareos. Swimwear with opened or removed hygiene-protective seals or packaging may also fall outside statutory withdrawal rights where the applicable legal hygiene exception is satisfied.
An unopened protective seal does not, by itself, eliminate a statutory withdrawal right. Pareos are not automatically subject to the swimwear hygiene exception. Mandatory cancellation rights and rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.
Sale Items
Eligible sale items may be exchanged for other discounted items, subject to stock availability and the conditions of this policy. Statutory rights are not restricted by a sale price.
Gifts
If an item was identified as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a discretionary exchange may be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please provide the gift receipt or another valid proof of purchase. Product eligibility and availability conditions apply.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact info@normaillot.com with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item. We will review your concern and assist in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping & Refunds
For discretionary international exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back and the shipping cost of the replacement, unless we agree otherwise. Any applicable charges will be explained before the exchange is arranged.
For statutory withdrawals, incorrect products, or defective goods, shipping costs and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law. In particular, mandatory Türkiye return-shipping protections and any destination-country requirements take precedence over our discretionary policy.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. After processing, funds may appear on your card within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider; this timing cannot be guaranteed.
Showroom Purchases
Products purchased in person at our showroom are not subject to the 14-day statutory withdrawal right that applies to qualifying distance sales in Türkiye. We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for in-person showroom purchases. Your legal rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. Orders concluded remotely may be governed by different rules.
